Step 1

Take stickers off power supply and clean residue with alcohol pad

Place power supply onto base assembly

Secure C14 pinout to power supply: brown -> 1, green -> 3, blue -> 2

Secure XT90 VCC and GND to power supply (VCC wire under GND). Use the 2 outer terminals.

Secure other side of earth ground to port 3 on AC side of power supply

Continuity check

Plug in and check output 24v

Place lid on base assembly

Fasten with 12x screws using torque setting 1 on drill
