Step 1

Fasten BH-HX-M8-16 from the bottom of the Axol Bottom Base Caster Assembly with M8 T-Slot Nut on all sides except one.

Slide 4 4040's in place. Make sure the side with the least cosmetic issues are face out.

Step 3

Slide 4 M8 T-Slot Nuts into the top of the extrusions, lip face down. Make sure each corner has the short side of the nut.

Slide 2 corners into the 4040's

Step 5

Finger tighten the M8 bolts

Flip the assembly over

Step 7

Slide 4 (8 total) M8 T-Slot nuts into each side of the remaining (5th) extrusion.

Slide the 2 remaining TPU corners into the 5th extrusion.

Step 9

Align the T-Nuts with the holes in the base and attach the 5th extrusion with 4x M8 bolts

Remove and re-tighten every bolt with loctite.
